Building a better education experience for students requires opportunities for them to share their thoughts and ideas. The Student Leadership Community provides a forum for students across Kent ISD to provide their input. We believe cultivating and listening to students’ voices is essential. Through this community, students participate in leadership development, advocacy, community service, event participation and networking.

Joel Perez hasn’t had a typical high school experience until now. As he navigates advanced placement classes, football practice and his role as a student leader, he’s focusing on a future in front of the classroom.
